Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice

Clients may cancel their services at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Written notice must be sent via email to [email protected] or by certified mail to our business address. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the 30-day notice period.

Immediate Cancellation

In exceptional circumstances, we may agree to immediate cancellation. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may involve additional fees to cover work in progress or committed resources.

Work in Progress

Upon cancellation, all work in progress will be completed to the extent possible within the notice period. Any content, campaigns, or materials created during this period will be delivered to the client upon final payment.

Final Billing

Final billing will include all services rendered through the cancellation date, including any work completed during the notice period. Final payment is due within 30 days of the cancellation date.

Account Access

Upon cancellation, we will transfer all account access back to the client, including:

  • Social media account administrative access
  • Advertising platform access
  • Analytics and reporting tool access
  • Any other third-party service access

Data and Content Delivery

All client data, content, and materials will be delivered within 14 days of cancellation. This includes campaign data, created content, reports, and any other materials developed during our engagement.

Ongoing Campaigns

Any ongoing advertising campaigns will be paused or transferred to the client's control. We will provide detailed instructions for managing campaigns independently or recommendations for alternative service providers.

Cancellation by Dragpodev

We reserve the right to cancel services under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Breach of contract terms
  • Unethical or illegal business practices
  • Abusive behavior toward our team

Transition Support

We will provide reasonable transition support to help clients manage their digital marketing independently or work with a new service provider. This includes training, documentation, and consultation during the notice period.

Re-engagement

Clients who have previously cancelled services may re-engage with us in the future. New service agreements will be required, and previous terms may not apply to the new engagement.
