Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change and it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule a project. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clear guidelines for clients and minimize any potential impact on our team’s schedule and resources.
Cancellation by the Client:
If the client decides to cancel the project before any work has started, a cancellation fee of 10% of the project cost will be charged to cover any administrative costs incurred by the agency.
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the cancellation fee will increase to 25% of the project cost to cover any work already completed.
In the event of a cancellation, any unused project budget will be refunded to the client, minus the applicable cancellation fee.
Cancellation by the Agency:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a project, we will notify the client as soon as possible and provide a full refund for any unused project budget.
Changes to Project Scope:
We understand that project requirements may change over time. Any changes to the project scope must be approved in writing by both parties, and may result in a revision to the project timeline and budget. Any additional fees associated with changes to the project scope will be communicated to the client in advance.
